About House of Prayer
Our Lady of Divine Providence House of Prayer opened its doors in July 1980, proclaiming, “My House shall be called a house of Prayer for all peoples.” Mark 11:17. Since that day, God’s people come seeking the healing of Jesus in their body, mind and spirit and become strengthened by His grace through Mass, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, spiritual direction and healing prayer.
Our mission is to help those seeking healing of body and mind, and to bring Catholic Christians to a deeper understanding of their vocation, mission in Christ, in the Church, and in the world.
- Healing Masses-Every Tuesday at 1:00 pm the Marian Servants of Divine Providence host a Mass for Healing at the House of Prayer preceded by an intercessory rosary at 12:30 p.m. for the intentions of all those attending the Mass. At the conclusion of Mass, prayer teams are available for individual healing prayer.
- Private Healing Prayer-The Marian Servants of Divine Providence have assembled experienced healing teams that have received training from the MARIAN SERVANTS® of the Blessed Sacrament School of Healing Prayer, Fr. Richard McAlear, O.M.I., Heart of the Father Ministries (UNBOUND), and/or Christian Healing Ministries. To request an appointment, please call the House of Prayer at 727-797-7412.
- Healing Events-Throughout the year, the Marian Servants offer one-day conferences and healing events featuring nationally known speakers. Speakers include Fr. Richard McAlear, O.M.I., Sr. Briege McKenna and Neal Lozano.
- REKINDLE! First Fridays–Join us from 6:30- 9:30 PM for an evening of Contemporary Praise & Worship, the Holy Mass and Adoration.
