Guiding God's People
To Healing, Freedom & Purpose in Christ
In December 2022, Bishop John Noonan gave permission for the MARIAN SERVANTS® of the Merciful Heart of Jesus to carry out their mission in the Diocese of Orlando. The Marian Servants began with our Mother Community, The Marian Servants of Divine Providence, in Clearwater, FL in 1982. We are now one of seventeen Marian Servant Communities across the United States. The mission of the Marian Servants is to bring Catholic Christians to a deeper understanding of their vocation and mission in Christ, in the Church and in the world. Our community fosters that mission with a unique focus on authentic Catholic teaching, intercessory and healing prayer, spiritual direction and Ignatian retreats. By embracing the Marian Servant Rule of Life of holiness, obedience, and humble servanthood, the Marian Servants® of the Merciful Heart of Jesus pray and grow together with the shared mission of becoming like Mary, in openness to the Holy Spirit and bearing Jesus to the world. We follow a Rule of Life, are devoted to the Holy Spirit and to Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and pledge loyalty to the Holy Father and the Magisterium of the Church.

Our Ministries
Annual Marian Consecration
During the Spring each year the community offers to the public the Consecration to Jesus Through Mary, following the spirituality of St. Louis deMontfort.
Healing Prayer
Our community has trained prayer teams available to intercede for those seeking healing of body, mind, and spirit. Our prayer team members receive ongoing formation and are encouraged to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit. Call for more information.
Intercessory Prayer
The Marian Servants of the Merciful Heart of Jesus engage in the spiritual works of mercy by interceding for others daily.
Spiritual Direction
A primary charism of the Marian Servants is helping others deepen their relationship with Christ through Spiritual Direction. Trained by the Cenacle of Our Lady of Divine Providence School of Spiritual Direction in Clearwater, FL., and certified by Franciscan University of Steubenville, our directors follow a prayer model inspired by St. Ignatius of Loyola. Ignatian prayer uses the imagination and the true desires of one’s heart to hear God’s voice in daily living. The director acts as a compassionate listener, while the Holy Spirit is the active spiritual director. A directee is encouraged to spend time with the Lord with Scripture reading daily.
Ignatian Retreats
We will be offering 5- and 8-day Ignatian silent retreats soon! Watch for more information to come.
